Press Release Summary = New customer service survey shows what customers really want
Press Release Body = Customer service expert Kevin Stirtz revealed results today from his company\'s recent customer service survey. The survey results show the top 16 things customers say they want from the companies and government agencies they deal with.
\"These results clearly show people want to be treated well when they are the customer\" said Stirtz. \"I think it also suggests that it\'s not happening as often as they\'d like\" he added.
The survey includes responses from roughly 2,000 people from 32 states across the USA. It was conducted over a 10 month period in 2006.
\"We all know the value of good customer service\" Stirtz said. \"But when it comes to execution, too many companies fail the test. They don\'t deliver on basic people skills, which is what this survey reveals.\"
The top three customer wishes revealed by the survey are:
1. Listen to me 2. Know more than I do (about your product or service) 3. Be easy to work with
Stirtz mentioned that respondents had plenty of additional comments when responding to the survey. \"It was a fun question to ask people. This topic evokes a lot of emotions in people\" he added.
